Questions parents ask

Can I drop my child off?

No. Parents must be present at all times while their child is in the facility, including lessons, cage time and workouts. Do not assume staff will be present during cage access.

How old does my child need to be for lessons?

Private lessons start at age 4. Group workouts have their own age groups, listed on the Workouts page.

What happens at the first lesson?

The first lesson is slower paced. Quentin gets to know your child, their physical skills on the field, and where they are mentally. Every child is different, but every child deserves equal treatment. Training starts with the athlete in front of us—not a one-size-fits-all expectation.

What should we bring to a lesson?

Bring everything your child would take to the field for a game or practice, including their usual playing equipment. Helmets are required in the batting cages. Call or text before your visit if you need to ask about borrowing equipment.

Can siblings share cage time?

Yes. Every participating child must be named on the reservation signup and covered by a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian. A sibling who is not listed and covered cannot participate. Parents must remain present.

Can I cancel an individual cage reservation?

You may cancel up to one hour before the scheduled start for a full refund of your paid cage reservation. The deadline is based on Central time. For assistance, call or text (615) 388-0973. This policy is for individual cage time, not team rentals or lesson cancellations.

What about lesson cancellations or membership credits?

Call or text Quentin for lesson cancellation, rescheduling, or membership-credit assistance. The individual cage refund policy does not establish a lesson refund or membership-credit policy.

How do booking confirmations and reminders work?

Your account shows whether your reservation is awaiting a waiver, awaiting payment or confirmed. Confirmation requires both signed waiver coverage and verified payment. Automatic texts are not active yet. Cage reminder texts are planned for 90 minutes before start—30 minutes before the cancellation deadline.

How will we get inside?

Automatic door codes are not connected yet. Confirm arrival arrangements with Quentin before visiting. The planned code is single-use; stepping outside may require someone inside to let you back in. Never share an entry code.

Are there restrooms and drinking water?

Yes. Restrooms and a water fountain are available on site.

Who should I contact if I need help?

Call or text Quentin at (615) 388-0973 for entry trouble, booking questions or equipment help. For an emergency, call 911.
