Facility Rules

- All cage, lesson and workout use must be reserved online in advance.
- A signed liability waiver is required for every athlete before use.
- Parents must be present at all times while their child is in the facility. No drop-off visits.
- Siblings may share cage time only when every participating child is listed on the reservation and covered by a parent-signed waiver.
- Individual paid cage reservations may be canceled up to one hour before start for a full refund. Contact Quentin for lesson cancellation or membership-credit assistance.
- Members may access the facility 6 AM – midnight only during their reserved time.
- Helmets are required in the batting cages.
- Do not share door access codes with anyone.
- Leave cages and equipment as you found them.
- Restrooms and a water fountain are available on site. For assistance, call or text (615) 388-0973. In an emergency, call 911.
